January 2021!!!
Feels great to write that! What a whirlwind 2020 was and I'm sure you are glad to have that behind us!
Hopefully 2021 is off to a bit of a better start overall! You can be sure that the Seattle real estate market will be on fire again in 2021. With Seattle cracking the top 10 in economies in the U.S. we are poised for another wild ride in real estate in Seattle, Bellevue, and around the greater Puget Sound.
Specifically in the Snoqualmie Valley we should continue to see a push east as more and more families are realizing that their current home is just not cutting it! In the Snoqualmie Valley home market you can find abundant choices and options! New construction continues to drive median price points. In demand price points of 400-800K homes are seeing incredible activity.
If you are thinking of selling your Seattle area home I can imagine not a better time to do it than now.

Great question! Some families are moving out of state-Idaho, North Carolina, Montana, Utah, Arizona and the like.

The Snoqualmie Valley saw incredible growth again this past year and January 2021 leads off strong. Inventory in Snoqualmie, North Bend, Fall City, Carnation, Duvall and Snoqualmie Pass continue to be painfully low. Buyers continue to have to be creative! Sellers: name your price. I bet we can get it!
