From Impossible to a Dream Come True! Finding a place to live in Snoqualmie was key for my clients. When my clients came to me they didn’t know what to do. They knew they couldn’t stay in their current home and a new home just hit the market. And it was perfect! For them! To Live in Snoqualmie and find the right home in a competitive home market its not always easy! When clients talk about finding the “perfect home” or the “one” what I often look for is the spark in their eye. Or their energy when they talk, or how they react physically to the property. Derek and Neyssa have an amazing story! They grew up in Snoqualmie and both went to Mount Si High School. Their families have called the Snoqualmie Valley home for decades. As high school sweethearts to now a family of 7 (soon to be 8!) finding a home that fit their needs was critical. Staying in Snoqualmie was also a must. Their first home...lets just say, 1 bathroom wasn’t going to be a long term solution. Most of the time clients find a house “when they aren’t actively” looking. Those are my favorite! Cue the whirlwind of events on offer review day! Tour the new house at noon. Get qualified by 2pm. Offer by 5pm (1 of 3 offers) Wait for the call Get the call! Say yes. Say no. Go to sleep We thought we lost it! We had the offer accepted by the sellers. Problem was we needed to sell their current house fast. This is where it got tricky. The house was not in a condition to sell or even list with confidence. We pulled the offer. We all woke up the next morning wondering what just happened. I talked with Neyssa and Derek and told them that the house hadn’t gone pending yet. I checked in. The other offer didn’t come together after all! Here was our chance! Back to the sellers with a contingent offer. Rejection! Wait...what? Yep, the sellers rejected our new offer. Cue the find a buyer quickly, offer non-contingent, and sell the house. Ok there are definitely a few things I’m skipping over here. But what it came down to was Derek and Neyssa trusting the process would work out. With their RESOLVE, my strategy and contacts we ended up getting it done! We would get another offer accepted by the sellers. Find an investment buyer and close both deals in 21 days. Pretty wild! Buying a home and selling a home in a few weeks? Yeah they did that! I was so proud of their commitment. They were all in! Thank you for watching this video!
